The legal drinking age in Manitoba, Alberta, and Quebec is 18 years old. That legal age requirement is set to 19 years old for the remaining Canadian provinces. But in the United States, you can’t legally drink alcohol until you turn 21. And that is one of several sweeping changes that Ontario’s top doctor is suggesting.
