Engineer's report finds removal of supports caused Kingston causeway bridge to buckle

An analysis of the LaSalle Causeway lift bridge concluded removing supports and deviation from the work procedure caused it to fail. The contractor for the project says it followed plans from an engineering firm and doesn't believe it's responsible for what happened.
