Duck breast with a duck egg on a bao bun. Doughnuts filled with cheese, topped with a golden crust of ramen noodles. A cheese pizza dipped in corn dog batter and deep fried. They'll be just some of the artery-clogging items on the Calgary Stampede menu this summer.
