Snowbirds grounded while fleet is renewed

Canada's famous military aerial fleet, the Snowbirds, will be grounded as the fleet is renewed. New planes won't be ready until an undetermined date in the 2030s.

In a letter sent to the environment minister, the 12 municipalities and nine environmental organizations say the province is consuming more groundwater than is being replenished.
