A cannabis crash is weeding out the field of producers in N.L., but some optimistic they will survive

Millions of dollars have gone up in smoke in Newfoundland and Labrador as cannabis producers hoping to cash in on legalization have crashed and burned, although at least one company says it's determined to stay in business.
