May 17, 2024
In order for the ByWard Market to be revived, a change in vision is needed. Over the past 12 months, the ByWard Market District Authority has put some creative ideas in the oven, but they need people to attend. And in order for safety concerns to lessen, we also need more people. Can we ever revive this once-vibrant section of Canada’s Capital? Kristy Cameron tackles today’s Question of the Day to kick off Hour 3! Meantime, Ottawa Bylaw has been extremely busy lately. So busy, in fact, that our city’s bylaw officers have responded to more calls than Toronto and Windsor! Riley Brockington, the Chair of Ottawa's Emergency Preparedness and Protective Services Committee, drops by the Ottawa Now studios to discuss what is fueling this trend.
