Canada’s Privacy Commissioner has opened an investigation into Loblaw’s front office, a decision that stemmed from several allegations that customers couldn’t delete their PC Optimum accounts. These customers have made numerous attempts to pull the plug and move on, but have received little response from the company so far. That story is coming up in Hour 2.
