How do you know when your city is filled with too many tourists? Well, when the city's residents begin to protest against the city's tourists, that's probably one glaring red flag. And sadly, this trend is growing globally. We explain further in Hour 4. Meantime, a couple of suspects are in custody after a foiled terrorist attack in Austria. Their alleged target: A sold-out Taylor Swift concert in Vienna. As a result, that sold-out show has been called off, along with two other sold-out dates in the Austrian city.
