A 20-year-old man arrested in Quebec over an alleged terror plot to kill Jewish people in New York City around the one-year anniversary of the deadly Hamas attack on Israel last October will remain in a Montreal jail before making his next court appearance in December regarding his extradition to the United States.Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, a Pakistani national living in Ontario, was arrested on Sept. 4 in Ormstown, Que., allegedly on his way across the border into New York State.
