Kingston begins clearing encampment, but some doubt it's a lasting solution

Cleanup is underway at an encampment in Kingston's Belle Park. A neighbour doubts it will have much of an impact, while a lawyer who represented residents of the site says the city is trying accomplish what it failed to in court.
