A new report from the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI)  shows 8 out of 10 Canadians who DO have access to a regular doctor or nurse practitioner face lengthy waits to see them. Kristy is joined by Kathleen Morris, vice-president of research and analytics at the CIHI, to dissect the numbers from their report. Later, a two people are dead in two separate incidents.
