The hope to maintain the OC Transpo service rests on a couple of things; lack of busses and lack of maintenance workers. Sticking with the city, CTV's Austin Lee was following the possible 'bubble bylaw' at today's city council meeting. Also, there's a possibility the Canada Post could go on strike.
