B.C. court allows police to apply to dispose of evidence from Robert Pickton's farm

The B.C. Supreme Court says it has jurisdiction to order the disposal of thousands of pieces of evidence seized from Robert Pickton's pig farm decades ago, whether it was used in his murder trial or not.

A man has been charged with second-degree murder in a Vancouver homicide over the weekend.British Columbia’s Court Services Online database shows Tenzin Choigey facing charges for both murder and aggravated assault for an offence in Vancouver on Friday.In a release, police in Vancouver have confirmed Choigey, 46, was charged in the death of 26-year-old Roshnee Gurung.
