There's been a string of concerning road incidents involving cyclists, e-bikes and e-scooters - a stretch of incidents that also includes two fatalities. College Ward councillor Laine Johnson, who is also a member of Ottawa's Transportation Committee, wonders if reducing the speed limit would help save lives.
