Former employees say 'toxic work environment' of N.S. mental health non-profit led to sudden closure

Former employees of the Laing House organization say a "toxic work environment" caused worsening mental health among staff. The union that represents them said it was trying to work through issues with the employer when the organization suddenly announced a "temporary closure" months ago.
