Video shows Toronto party-goers waving guns before wild shootout

Video obtained by CBC News shows multiple guns, including one with a banned high-capacity magazine, being waved around at a Toronto party before a wild shootout erupted. Almost 100 shots were fired, and 23 people were arrested.
