A Quebec man has pleaded guilty to attempting to manufacture multiple firearms with a 3D printer, including an AR-15, and spreading hate speech about the Jewish community.

A Mexican man has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for assisting in the smuggling of more than 100 migrants who made their way into the United States from Canada.In a statement Friday, U.S. law-enforcement officials said Luis Fernando Barragan-Palacios netted $500,000 through his role in a cross-border smuggling ring in less than five months in late 2023 and early 2024.
