Dr. Abraham (Abe) Fuks’s humanistic approach defined every aspect of his life, including his work as a respected Canadian doctor, educator and thinker.He approached medicine with a mindfulness of others, and intentionally worked to build connections with students at McGill University’s medical school, his alma mater where he became the dean. And he thought deeply, and wrote about, the kind of care patients should receive.
