An Ontario health tribunal has ordered Elaine Ma, a Kingston-based doctor, to repay over $600,000 to the province. They claim that Dr. Ma had improperly billed thousands of COVID-19 vaccinations at the height of the pandemic. She claims that she can’t pay back the money.
