March 20 due date for interim property taxes and Vacant Unit Tax declarations
March 4, 2025
Residents are reminded interim property tax payments and Vacant Unit Tax (VUT) declarations share the same deadline – Thursday, March 20.
For late payment on the interim property tax, a penalty charge of 1.25 per cent is added on the day following the March 20 due date, and it will be subsequently added to the outstanding amount on the first day of each month.
