Regina police officer charged for alleged use of internal databases to meet women

A veteran Regina officer is facing criminal charges for allegedly using internal police databases to pursue personal and intimate relationships with multiple women over a lengthy period of time.Sergeant Robert Eric Semenchuck, 53, was arrested on Tuesday on Criminal Code charges of breach of trust and unauthorized use of a computer. Regina police have released a photograph of Mr. Semenchuck, and are urging anyone with additional information to come forward to the service’s Professional Standards investigators.
Researchers at Dalhousie University's Agricultural Campus have developed an app called Cluckify to crack the code on what chickens are saying through the science of bioacoustics.
