A parkade in Downtown Ottawa has been closed until further notice after the top floor suddenly collapsed on Tuesday night. As of right now, we don’t know the official cause, but there was a large amount of snow that was piled onto the top level. Ottawa firefighters are now working to stabilize the structure, as 50 vehicles remain trapped. Kristy Cameron digs deeper with Scott Lockhart, a Deputy Chief Building Official with the City of Ottawa. Meantime, the Liberal leadership campaign has officially entered the homestretch, as the final 4 candidates squared off in Tuesday’s English Debate. The ballots are slowly being counted over the next week or so, as the party hopes to officially name a new leader on March 9th. Who gained the most ground and who took the most punishment?
