Ontario, like much of the globe, is holding its breath and waiting for details to emerge from U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariff plan Wednesday. Trump has dubbed it Liberation Day and is scheduled to reveal the full scope of his protectionist trade policy at 4 p.m.
