The Ontario government will not be allowed to rip out stretches of Toronto bikes lanes on Bloor Street West, University Avenue and Yonge Street targeted by Premier Doug Ford until an Ontario Superior Court judge issues a ruling on a constitutional challenge.A decision from Justice Paul Schabas, released Tuesday, grants an injunction and reverses a previous court ruling that would have allowed the province to demolish the bike lanes even before a final ruling on a constitutional challenge launched by advocacy group Cycle Toronto.
