We have reached the early stages of a Canadian Spring – where the weather is unpredictable and potentially downright nasty. A few years ago, ahead of the Easter Weekend, an ice storm caused a lot of problems for Canada’s Capital. This weekend, we could see more of the same chaos from Jack Frost, as 15 centimetres of snow and 5 to 15 millimetres of freezing rain is expected to fall.
