Man grieves for wife killed in deadly Vancouver car attack

Noel Johansen is grieving for his wife, Jenifer Darbellay, one of the 11 people killed in the car attack on a Filipino heritage festival in Vancouver on April 26. Johansen escaped with injuries. The couple's two children also survived.
