Toronto police say they are investigating the death of a female pedestrian who was struck by two vehicles in Scarborough on Thursday night. Police say an unidentified pedestrian was walking in the northbound lanes of Birchmount Road, north of Anaconda Avenue, when a white cargo van travelling northbound struck her. She was then struck by a dark SUV that was travelling southbound on Birchmount Road.
