Voting Day in the 2025 Osgoode By-election is Monday, June 16. Eligible electors will have the opportunity to vote for their City Councillor in Ward 20 Osgoode.
Verify your information on the Voters’ List
Eligible electors can verify, add, or amend their information on the Voters’ List from Thursday, May 15, to Friday, May 23, at 4:30 pm by using the “Am I on the Voters’ List?” tool on ottawa.ca/vote or completing and submitting an Application to add or amend my information on the Voters’ List to the City of Ottawa’s Elections Office (1221 B Cyrville Rd) or any City of Ottawa Client Service Centre. The application is available on ottawa.ca/vote and in person at the Elections Office or any Client Service Centre.
After Friday, May 23, electors can update their information on the Voters’ List at a voting place on voting days.

The application is available on ottawa.ca/vote and at the Elections Office and all Client Service Centres.
Electors must mail or deliver their completed special mail-in ballot to the Elections Office by 4:30 pm on Voting Day, Monday, June 16. Electors can also deliver their completed special mail-in ballot to the City’s Client Service Centres by 4:30 pm on Voting Day.
Special mail-in ballots received after the deadline will not be counted.

The proxy must take the completed forms to the Elections Office or any Client Service Centre during regular business hours to have it certified by City staff from Thursday, May 15, to Monday, June 16.
