Justice Maria Carroccia has dismissed a jury for the second time in the sexual assault trial of five former members of Canada’s world junior hockey team.The case will proceed by judge alone.
Thomas Harley scored on a power play in overtime and the Dallas Stars advanced to the Western Conference final, beating the top-seeded Winnipeg Jets 2-1 in Game 6.

Ontario Provincial Police say they are investigating after human remains were found in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, located on the Bay of Quinte. Police say shortly before 3 p.m. on Saturday officers responded to the discovery of human remains near Highway 49 between Old Highway 2 and Lower Slash Road.
