A new study from the University of Ottawa is highlighting the escalating violence and harassment faced by Ontario’s education workers. These workers fear that their well-being is in serious danger. And for the school boards that employ these educators, retention records are in a rough place. Kristy Cameron digs deeper with Darby Mallory, a PhD student in Criminology and the lead author of this UOttawa report.
