Feds table bill to speed up approvals for major 'national interest' projects

Prime Minister Mark Carney unveiled legislation Friday that would grant the government new powers to quickly push ahead major projects that cabinet deems to be in the national interest. Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre describes the bill as "breadcrumbs" when bold action is needed.
