Homelessness advocates are speaking out against a pair of bills that are being pushed by the Ontario government. Bill 6 and Bill 10 are currently on their Second Reading in the Ontario Legislation. Critics argue that, if these bills are passed, homelessness would be essentially criminalized. Kristy Cameron digs deeper with Katie Burkholder-Harris, the Executive Director of the Alliance To End Homelessness.
