If a demonstration is located near a school, a hospital, or a place of worship, organizers might be asked to pack up their belongings and move to a different location. Mayor Sutcliffe says he supports a balanced approach, and admits that this measure is just the beginning of a much broader process. Kitchissippi councillor Jeff Leiper hops on the program to illustrate his stance on the matter.
