May 16, 2025
Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe says he plans to support the future pursuits of a ‘bubble bylaw’. Meantime, as another potential labour dispute looms overhead, the Industrial Inquiry Commission recommends that Canada Post phase out daily door-to-door mail delivery. This would mostly impact deliveries for individual addresses, as well as daily letter mail. And when it comes to business deliveries, they argue that those should be maintained and monitored. Marvin Ryder, an Associate Professor at McMaster University, gives us a ring in Hour 2.
