It's one of the largest pension plans in the world — and some are now asking why nearly half of the Canada Pension Plan's investments are based in the U.S. while just 12 per cent of the fund that Canadian workers contribute to is invested at home.

An Ontario woman was arrested twice in the same day for trafficking cocaine, police say.
