Alberta's measles outbreaks have now eclipsed the 1,000 case milestone and infectious diseases specialists are warning the virus is likely "impossible to contain," given the current level of transmission.
Vancouver International Airport says a person has been taken into custody after a “security incident” involving a small private aircraft shut down arrivals for more than half an hour.The airport says in a statement that the incident occurred in airspace above the airport around 1:30 p.m., and that RCMP responded.
