Assuming this sudden shift in reality takes a hold of society, speed dating and socialization at local bars could be making a comeback among today’s single population. Treena Orchard is a researcher at the School of Health Studies at Western University, and she is also the author of ‘Sticky, Sexy, Sad: The Darker Side of Dating Apps’. She joins guest host Andrew Pinsent in Hour 2. Meantime, with Canada Day celebrations now in the rearview mirror, RBC Bluesfest is the next big ticket on Ottawa’s Summer calendar.
