Effective this September, RBC employees have been asked to be in the office 4 days per week. That’s according to a recent memo that was spotted by Reuters, which also says the rule doesn’t apply for roles that are either fully-remote or already in full-time office arrangements. As you might expect, staff members are not happy, raising concerns about additional travel times and transport-related expenses. Kristy Cameron digs deeper with Jamie Savage, who is the founder of a Toronto-based recruiting company called The Leadership Agency. A British Columbia man whose Tesla was once found to contain more than $47,000 in cash and two kilograms of cocaine while he himself was carrying a bag containing 15.6 kilograms of fentanyl has been sentenced to 11 years in prison for trafficking. Jason Thomas Howard Conrad, age 45, pleaded guilty on June 4 to two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
