Driver with open alcohol triggered fatal Eganville-area crash, police say

Ontario Provincial Police say a 61-year-old driver who failed to stop at a construction zone south of Eganville early Tuesday afternoon, colliding with three other vehicles and killing another man, had an open alcohol container in his vehicle.
