This comes after 4 people were arrested near Quebec City for allegedly trying to start an anti-government militia. The bigger headline is that two of the Quebecers who were snagged trying to seize Canadian land are active members of the Canadian Armed Forces. Joining us in Hour 3 is Walter Callaghan, a PhD candidate who is studying Anthropology at the University of Toronto. He was also a Health Administration Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces from 2001 to 2010.
