Share Your Voice in the Community Safety and Well-Being Plan Four Year Review
The City of Ottawa is inviting residents to participate in the four-year review of the Community Safety and Well-Being (CSWB) Plan by completing a short online questionnaire before Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
The CSWB Plan was adopted by Ottawa City Council on October 27, 2021, to bring together city services, community organizations, and residents to address priority risks that affect the safety and well-being of Ottawa communities. These include gender-based violence and violence against women, mental well-being, financial security and poverty reduction, discrimination and youth social development.
Now, four years into the plan, the City is accessing progress and seeking public input to validate Plan priorities and identify new or emerging needs should be addressed moving forward.
The online questionnaire takes approximately 5 –10 minutes to complete and is available in English and French, with additional language supports available on request, and includes two parts:
- Part A: Your Input on Safety and Well-Being
- Part B: About You (Demographic Questions) – Optional
The answers are anonymous and voluntary. Your input will help shape how the City supports safer, healthier, and more inclusive communities across Ottawa.
Let’s work together to build a city where everyone feels safe, valued, and supported.
