The Canada Revenue Agency has been given 100 days to improve services for Canadians after consultations with the federal Minister of Finance and National Revenue.

According to the city. the rate has gone from 1.7 per cent in June of 2024 to 4.5 per cent in June of this year, benefitting renters with lower rental costs.
