Could municipal employees in Canada’s Capital revert back to the remote-working models? Kitchissippi councillor Jeff Leiper is hoping to change City Council’s tune at the next meeting, where he is expected to put forward a motion that counters the upcoming comeback of in-person workspaces. He joins Kristy Cameron on today’s Ottawa Now.
In the past two weeks alone, between 12 and 15 employees have been tricked into sending deposits for fake properties, adding up to more than $15,000 in losses.
