Canada Post is sending new offers to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers in an effort to move negotiations forward, the postal service said Thursday.
The new terms will allow the two sides to return to the bargaining table next week, with work already underway to make that happen, the Crown corporation said.
Authorities say the remains of Travis Decker, accused of killing and abandoning the bodies of three young sisters in the U.S. wilderness, have been located.
In a statement Thursday, the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office said “positive identification has not yet been confirmed,” but preliminary finings suggest the remains found a few miles from where the girls’ bodies were located are of their father, Decker.
