A Lululemon heist has led to the discovery of $10,000 worth of stolen leggings in a Newfoundland home and police are warning it’s part of a larger trend of rising organized retail crime. The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) have charged a 30-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man with theft over $5,000.
