The latest Canada Post strike is putting local charities and organizations in a very tough bind, especially when it comes to accepting donations via mail. One of these community lifelines is the Ottawa Mission. And with Thanksgiving Weekend fast approaching, not to mention a growing demand for their services, they are asking donors to make their donations over the phone. Ottawa Mission spokesperson Aileen Leo joins Kristy Cameron on today’s Ottawa Now.
