Ottawa Now - Small businesses forced to adapt, once again, during a Canada Post strike

Small businesses who still rely on Canada’s biggest courier are biting their fingernails. And according to the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, 15 percent of the country’s small business armada has either reduced or completely eliminated their reliance on Canada Post following the 2024 labour dispute. John Thompson, the owner of The Record Centre, used alternative options last November, then went back to Canada Post once things calmed down. Has that loyalty changed after what happened last week? He joins Kristy Cameron on today’s Ottawa Now.
