Later in Hour 2, we hear from Beacon Hill-Cyrville councillor Tim Tierney, as he hopes for a similar pushback in Canada’s Capital. Meantime, obesity has been a worldwide problem for many years. And here in Canada, new data suggests that things have gotten even worse since COVID hit. We sift through the stats with Dr. Michael Vallis, an Associate Professor in Family Medicine at Dalhousie University. Plus, a local MP is expected to table a private members bill in the House of Commons next week, calling for an official end to the biannual time changes. CFRA’s Chris Holski has the latest scoop.
