Ottawa splits border measures into two bills

The Liberal government introduced a second border security bill that contains several measures from a bill tabled in June, hoping it will have support to pass quickly.

To commemorate Veterans’ Week, the Poppy Flag will be flown at City Hall and the following City facilities from Wednesday, November 5 to Tuesday, November 11:

A violent knife-wielding woman was tasered and “inadvertently” run over twice by a Toronto police SUV during her arrest next to a Tim Hortons drive-thru on Saturday.
