In the province of Quebec, the annual Fall climate has been typically peaceful. In 2025, however, it’s been anything but calming. And over in Gracefield, it’s been a long 24 hours, as a blaze came uncomfortably close to a handful of houses. CTV’s Katelyn Wilson brings us the latest in Hour 4. Meantime, a casual afternoon paddle earlier this month quickly turned into a remarkable discovery on the Ottawa River. Joel Kowalski, the Manager of the Wilderness Tours Rafting Resort, explains how they stumbled across a submerged vehicle. A flight from Nebraska to Los Angeles made a quick turnaround just a few kilometres from the airport on Monday, after the pilot heard noises outside the cockpit and thought someone was trying to break in.
